Job Title:

Cashier. There will be 1 round of interviews. This role will be 20-40 hours onsite at Santa Barbara. Top 3 Qualities the manager is looking for:
Customer Service Experience, Proficient Communication Skills, and experience handling cash with accuracy.

Job Description:

• Receives payment (cash, checks or money orders) for service and/or purchase of products.
• Operates company software and hardware to access data on customers' accounts.
• Balances cash and checks on hand with system total and prepares funds for deposit.
• Answers basic inquiries relating to payments and general Company programs.
• Refers customers to CCR/telephone for service requests, high bill inquiries and other CSR/CCR functions.
• Secures all operating and collected funds.
• Performs various clerical office monthly tasks.

High school diploma required. Manages all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services. Also may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems. Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity. Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
