Dental Assistant needed in Santa Barbara: 2323 De La Vina Street, Suite 203 Santa Barbara, CA 93105

Job Type: Full-Time:
Monday - Thursday 7:45am-5:00pm, Some Fridays from 7:45 - 1:00pm

Practice Name:
Jhonny Castro Tigre, DDS, Inc.

Salary: $22 – $35 per hour, based on experience. We will train the right person.

Our office is a patient-centered, modern dental practice committed to delivering exceptional care in a comfortable environment. Our team is passionate about oral health and dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to every patient who walks through our doors.

• Prepare patients for dental procedures and assist the dentist during treatment.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms.
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays). We will train the right person.
• Maintain accurate patient records: complete notes for the dentist, enter needed dental treatment.
• Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. We will train you with OSHA guidance.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• X-ray certification: will train the right person and help you get certified
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
