Senior Landscape Architect

Compensation: $100K–$150K DOE | Full-Time

Clearview Landscaping is seeking a California-licensed Landscape Architect to lead design for high‑end residential estates in Santa Barbara and beyond. If you blend creative vision with technical excellence—and thrive working with discerning clients—this is your stage.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full design process for luxury residential and estate projects.
• Collaborate with architects, builders, and homeowners to bring outdoor living dreams to life.
• Present compelling concepts and guide clients from vision to final build.
• Oversee design intent through construction and ensure exceptional outcomes.

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in high-end residential or estate design.
• A portfolio that blends creativity, precision, and elegance.
• Fluency in CAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, or similar tools.
• Confidence presenting to high-net-worth clients with polish and warmth.
