LOCATION

NOTE:

This is an on-site position based at our Santa Barbara, San Francisco, or Dallas-Fort Worth campus. We offer relocation assistance.
Most admissions professionals are brought in to maintain the status quo. Your mandate is different: identify what's broken, then build something better.
2 Hour Learning condenses a traditional school day into two hours through AI‑driven, mastery‑based applications. No classroom teachers. No lectures. No inefficiency. Our students progress at 2.6 times the national average, validated by MAP assessment data. The remaining hours are dedicated to life skills, personal development, and purposeful projects. This represents more than an alternative educational approach—it’s a performance‑driven model producing top 1% academic results in half the time.

Your role is critical to this mission. You'll manage end‑to‑end admissions operations for a single campus—Dallas, Santa Barbara, or San Francisco—with complete ownership of your enrollment pipeline. No bureaucracy. No process fragmentation. No unnecessary complexity. You'll convert inquiries into enrollments through rapid engagement, transparent outcomes, compelling campus experiences, and rigorous selection criteria. You'll be the deciding factor when families commit to a school unlike anything they've encountered.
If you're driven by efficiency, impact, and the opportunity to represent a demonstrably superior offering rather than aspirational messaging, this role is for you.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Replying to new inquiries within 4 hours using tailored, substantive communication that avoids templated language.
  • Conducting campus tours and admissions events that transparently demonstrate our accelerated teaching model and ideal student profile.
  • Managing the complete admissions cycle, from initial application through shadow visits, enrollment decisions, and family onboarding.
  • Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date CRM and student information system records for weekly performance review, primarily in Hub Spot.
  • Continuously improving admissions collateral, standard operating procedures, and frequently asked questions based on parent feedback and conversion metrics.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Supervising staff. This position is structured as an individual contributor role.
  • Working through bureaucratic approval chains. We operate with startup velocity, not traditional institutional timelines.
  • Attempting to enroll every prospect. This educational model serves a specific audience, and selectivity is part of your responsibility.
  • Downplaying our differentiation. Our results carry more weight than conventional approaches.
  • Operating remotely. This is an in‑person, campus‑based position with occasional off‑site community engagement.
