This is an on-site position based at one of our three campuses:
Dallas-Fort Worth, Santa Barbara, or San Francisco. We provide relocation assistance.

2 Hour Learning delivers a complete day's worth of education in two hours through AI-driven, mastery-based applications. No traditional teachers. No conventional lectures. No inefficiency. Your role begins here. You will oversee the complete admissions cycle for a single campus—Dallas, Santa Barbara, or San Francisco—with direct authority over your enrollment pipeline. No intermediaries. No process fragmentation. No unnecessary complexity. You will convert prospect interest into committed enrollment through rapid engagement, transparent outcomes, compelling campus experiences, and rigorous candidate evaluation. You will be the decisive factor in why families choose a school unlike any they've encountered.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Engaging new inquiries within 4 hours using tailored, substantive communication that avoids templated language.
  • Conducting campus tours and events that demonstrate precisely how and why our instructional model accelerates learning, and for whom it is designed.
  • Managing the entire admissions process, from initial application through shadow day coordination, enrollment decisions, and family onboarding.
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM and student information system records for weekly performance review, particularly within Hub Spot.
  • Continuously improving admissions materials, standard operating procedures, and frequently asked question documents informed by live parent feedback and conversion metrics.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Supervising others. This role is intentionally structured as an independent contributor position.
  • Working through bureaucratic constraints. We operate with startup agility, not traditional institutional timelines.
  • Enrolling every applicant. This educational model serves specific families, and your responsibility is identifying the right fit.
  • Downplaying our distinctiveness. Our performance data carries more weight than conventional practices.
  • Operating remotely. This is an on-campus, in-person role with occasional participation in local community events.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and refine the full admissions journey to convert qualified prospects into enrolled families. Build a high-conversion, highly selective enrollment pipeline that mirrors the precision and results of the 2 Hour Learning educational model.

Basic Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end admissions for a competitive, tuition-charging academic institution
  • Demonstrated track record in selective enrollment management from initial inquiry through enrollment commitment
  • Outstanding communication capabilities across written, presentation, and interpersonal formats
  • Ease and credibility when working with affluent families and sophisticated decision-makers
  • Solid operational discipline, including CRM expertise (particularly Hub Spot), time management, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Currently residing in or prepared to relocate to Santa Barbara, San Francisco, or Dallas
