Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Senior Tax Associate to join our growing tax team. This hands‑on role involves the preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns, along with accounting support. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals to deliver high‑quality service to a range of clients—from small businesses to high‑net‑worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare individual, partnership, trust and corporation tax returns
  • Ensure tax filings are complete, accurate, and compliant with current laws
  • Support full‑cycle accounting, including adjusting journal entries
  • Work within Quick Books, Quick Books Online (QBO), Sage
  • Review client financials and source documents, flag inconsistencies
  • Maintain thorough, organized work papers for internal review
  • Occasionally assist with client questions and follow‑up documentation
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience with federal income tax preparation
  • 5+ years of experience with Quick Books, QBO, and Sage
  • Strong experience working with small business and high‑net‑worth clients
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • CPA or EA designation preferred (or actively working toward it)
  • Experience with CCH Axcess Suite a plus
