Summary

We are seeking Physical Therapists to join our team at Bright Star Care. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services, helping clients recover and maintain their physical health. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility and strength.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with case manager to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide compassionate support to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Requirements

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Experience in patient care within clinical or home health settings preferred.
• Ability to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and families.
• Familiarity with acute care environments is a plus.
• Travel within a 30 mile radius may be required.
