We offer a luxury glamping environment on 300 acres in a stunning natural environment. As a Resort Ambassador at El Capitan Canyon Resort, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team who help provide a world class guest experience while playing an important role in maintaining the integrity and security of the resort.

Job Summary

As Resort Ambassador, you will report to our Guest Services Manager. You will work together to…

Greet all visitors, vendors, and contractors directing them to their destinations.

Obtain names and information from our guests entering the resort.

Answer the telephone courteously and relay information provided to the appropriate channels.

Receiving and tracking of packages and mail for resort operations

Note and report unusual occurrences.

Assist with noise complaints, parking issues or other security responsibilities as needed.

Drive the canyon regularly to escort guests, or delivering provisions to our guests in their designated cabins.

Monitor the resort noting any deficiencies, or maintenance issues requiring attention.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School Education

Ability to read maps

Good verbal and written communication skills

Good customer service skills

Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
