JOB PURPOSE
Supervises the day to day operation of the Hospitality department and Concierge staff for SBCH, GVCH, CRH, SYVCH. Under the supervision of the Manager of Service Excellence, oversees the Hospitality Programs to create a culture of service excellence in order to enhance the patient experience at all CH hospitals.
QUALIFICATIONSAll job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.
LEVEL OF EDUCATIONPreferred:
Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related customer service field.
Minimum:
Intermediate computer skills. Knowledge of database software systems. Typing speed of at least 35 wpm.
Minimum: 3 years in a hospitality/customer service field. Preferred: 1 year supervisory experience.
