THE JOB :

Help guests find more than just their way—help them find what they’ve lost! As a Lost and Found Clerk at Park MGM, you're part detective, part hero, and all about delivering amazing guest experiences. Whether it's reuniting someone with a favorite souvenir or turning a stressful moment into a sigh of relief, you’ll bring smiles and peace of mind every day.

If you love organizing, solving little mysteries, and making someone's day, this is the perfect gig for you! You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:

$16.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Answer multi-line phones and take messages for the Security Department
  • Prepare and file all security and lost and found paperwork for records storage
  • Log, sort, store, and work to return lost items to their owners
  • Coordinate casino pickup as well as prepare lost and found items to be shipped
  • Pull and sort unclaimed items to be donated to charity
  • Make sure employee accident reports are filled out correctly and filed for Workers' Compensation
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Six (6) months of prior administrative experience
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
