Seeking Application Technical Lead with experience designing Augmented Reality & Mobile software to join Cognixion in either Santa Barbara, California or Toronto, Ontario.
Scope of Responsibilities- Manage an agile team including a mixture of remote and local team members
- Participate in the architectural development of the Cognixion Speakprose platform
- Interface with product management, UI/UX designers and other team leads
- Ongoing team evaluation including performance reviews and 1:1s
- Recruit, train, onboard and grow new team members
- Outreach to industry groups for XR in areas of accessibility and alternate input modalities
