The Dev Ops Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Dev Ops processes, tools, and automation frameworks. This role also includes troubleshooting issues across the infrastructure stack and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable, efficient, and scalable service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of system architecture and how various components interact, including servers, databases, APIs, load balancers, firewalls, and related technologies.

Experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Windows Server, SQL, Azure Dev Ops, Datadog, Terraform, and Ansible is essential.

• Automate infrastructure deployment and maintenance using Terraform and Ansible.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines through Azure Dev Ops.
• Configure and administer Kubernetes, Helm charts, and Docker images.
• Manage projects through all phases: planning, design, execution, and completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across service components to ensure reliability and performance.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a Dev Ops or related engineering role.
• Hands‑on experience building and maintaining Azure Dev Ops pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).
• Solid understanding of monitoring, observability, and system performance.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Experience working within defined security and compliance frameworks such as NIST 800‑171, ISO 27001, or equivalent standards, and familiarity with secure cloud environments such as Microsoft GCC and Azure Government.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Power Shell.
• Willingness to participate in on‑call support rotations.

• Configure and monitor systems using Datadog.
• Experience or exposure to technologies such as Kubernetes, Windows, IIS, NGINX, DNS, Helm charts, Conductor, AWS Lambda, Docker, Hangfire, Prizm Doc, SQL, Mongo
  
  DB, Postgre
  
  SQL, and Redis.
• Understanding of modern Dev Ops workflows, CI/CD best practices, and infrastructure‑as‑code methodologies.

• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to federal government clearance requirements.
