I opened my agency in 1986, and today I’m proud to lead a team of ten. As a second-generation State Farm agent who was born and raised right here in Santa Barbara, this work has always been a part of my life. I absolutely love what I do, and while I’m now at a stage where I’m looking to find more balance and enjoy time with my grandkids, I remain fully committed to building a strong, successful team.

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• CHFC designation (or willingness to obtain)
• Property/Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
• Life/Health license (or willingness to obtain)
