We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. This permanent position ranges from Mid‑Level Associate to Senior Attorney, depending on experience and expertise. The ideal candidate will manage family law cases from beginning to end, including divorce, custody, child support, and other related matters. The role requires comfort with high‑stakes litigation and the ability to navigate complex family law issues with compassion and professionalism.

- Manage all aspects of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, visitation rights, domestic violence, and related issues.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, ensuring their rights and interests are effectively advocated for.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, orders, and agreements.
- Conduct in‑depth legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Provide clients with sound legal advice and guidance, ensuring they are fully informed about their rights, obligations, and options.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of developments in family law, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience (family law preferred).
- Proven track record in handling divorce, custody, child support, and related matters.
- Current license to practice law in the state.
- Exceptional litigation skills, with experience representing clients in court, mediations, and negotiations.
- Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise, and compassionate legal advice.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to the highest standards of legal practice.
- Ability to manage a large caseload, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality work under pressure.
