Job Description
  • Negotiate, draft, review, and revise class action settlement agreements and related contracts
  • Draft and revise class action notices, claim forms, and other settlement program documents
  • Draft motions and supporting papers for class action settlement approval (including court approval process)
  • Partner with class action administrators to ensure accurate, timely settlement administration per court directives
  • Coordinate closely with attorneys and internal stakeholders to keep settlement processes moving efficiently
Qualifications
  • California Bar licensed or pending admission
  • Experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements (class action settlements strongly preferred)
  • Strong legal writing skills and comfort supporting court‑facing filings related to settlements
  • Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
