Senior Project Manager – Camarillo, CA

Garney Construction is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects in the Camarillo area. Candidates should have progressive construction experience and a strong background in managing teams and project budgets.

• Manage and develop a team of Project Managers.
• Review cost projections and work‑in‑progress projections.
• Review initial budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Develop new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with a team to create value‑engineering opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain owner/engineer relations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, support operational needs, and respond to urgent matters.
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate.
