Production Assistant

Provide comprehensive support to the Production Team, assisting with a wide range of tasks both in-office and on-location, including occasional travel to Los Angeles

• inspecting & Measuring pieces of production
• Provide administrative support, including organizing and preparing presentation materials.
• assisting in daily shipments
• Communicate effectively and assertively while maintaining professionalism.
• Exhibit a proactive and outgoing personality.
• Monitor and ensure timely follow-up on all production processes.
• Demonstrate a self-driven attitude, with persistence and determination.
• Aid in all aspects of QC activities related to internal or external audits
• Be able to work autonomously and be a team player
• 1+ years’ experience in apparel production
• Knowledge of garment and fabric construction, terminology, measurements, and workmanship
• Ability to accurately measure a garment
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Must have reliable transportation, valid CA driver’s license, and proof of insurance
• Organized
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets
• Able to manage multiple prioritize and meet deadlines

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Position requires driving to LA once a week with another team member
• Ability to maintain a composed and professional demeanor under pressure
