Position OverviewWe are recruiting a Quality Inspector to perform non‑routine inspection, evaluation of standard and prototype electromechanical, optical, and electronic systems, subsystems, or components. The role inspects products at various stages of production to maintain quality and reliability.
Minimum Qualifications- One‑ to two‑year certificate from college or technical school; or
- Two‑ to four‑year related experience and/or training; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Perform receiving and inspection of purchased parts and subassemblies, verifying supplier compliance with all purchase order requirements and specifications.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using hand‑held instruments to measure parts and assemblies to drawing requirements.
- Carry out in‑process inspections of assembled hardware per drawing requirement, verifying accuracy of data entries on worksheets, work orders, adhesive mixes, and other data‑keeping systems.
- Execute final inspections of assembled hardware per drawing requirements and assist Engineering and Operations in investigating non‑conformities.
- Assist in configuration management to document and collect data for assembly end‑item data packages.
- Accurately document inspection results.
Salary: $50,000.00/yr. – $70,000.00/yr. (DOE)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, Full‑time, On‑site.
