Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Full-Time Home Care
📍 Santa Barbara & Goleta
Nurse needed for a high-assist mobility client.
Shift: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
Hours:
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Full assistance with transfers and mobility
- Ability to safely support a large-bodied client
- Comfortable working with a mobility-impaired adult
💲 $45–$50/hr + $400 Sign-On Bonus

Current OpenShifts:
- Goleta: 7a–3p (Seizure precautions | Attend day program with client)
- Santa Barbara: 11p–7a (Overnight monitoring | Pulse oximetry)
Shifts available 7 days a week — pick the schedule that works for you.

Bonus for new hires only. First shift must be worked within 7 days of hire. 80 hours must be completed to receive the bonus.
What You'll Do:- Provide direct nursing care in the patient’s home
- Monitor vital signs and perform assessments
- Administer medications and treatments
- Provide seizure precautions and overnight monitoring
- Communicate with supervising RN and care team
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Current LVN license (State of California)
- CPR certification (in-person only)
- Physical exam within the last 12 months
- TB/PPD or chest x-ray within the last 12 months
- 1 year of LVN experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
- Completion of skills assessment for areas of experience
