• Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements (FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation, Health Canada, etc.) for cosmetic and personal care products.
• Manage quality assurance procedures for personal care product lines.
• Review and approve product specifications, raw materials, and finished goods to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee internal and external audits to assess adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain effective partnerships with Contract Manufacturers to ensure adherence to quality standards and production timelines.
• Conduct regular audits and site visits to manufacturing facilities to monitor adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and regulatory standards.
• Manage the Quality Control (QC) processes for outsourced production, ensuring manufacturers comply with agreed-upon quality standards.

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within the personal care, cosmetics, or beauty industries.
• Experience working with Contract Manufacturers, overseeing third-party production, and managing product quality in an outsourced environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 22716, MoCRA, and other regulatory frameworks in the cosmetics industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for cosmetic products (FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation, Health Canada, etc.).
