Requirements Bartender Responsibilities:- Clean Restaurant /Bar Area to like new condition during and after every shift
- Remove plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage from tables/Bar top
- Restock ice (on nights where you have a barback this will be their responsibility)
- Sweep floors (on nights where you have a barback this will be their responsibility)
- Mop floors (on nights where you have a barback this will be their responsibility)
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned (i.e., Run food, run drinks, help teammates, restroom checks, take inventory, etc.)
- Interact with guests professionally
- Light cleaning
- Complete Knowledge of Bar Standards, Expectations, and Recipes
- Consistency
- Competency - Product knowledge is paramount. Importance of product knowledge:
