We're looking for high-energy, beauty-loving go-getters who are ready to hustle and have fun doing it. This job isn’t easy—but it's rewarding, fast-paced, and full of opportunity.

As a Bartender, you're the first face our guests see. You'll be:

• Making every guest feel welcomed and fabulous

• Managing the front desk with confidence

• Driving sales (membership + retail)

• Supporting the stylists and keeping things flowing

• $16.50–$18.50/hr base +
  commission + bonuses

• 1+ year of customer service or retail experience

• Salon or spa experience is a plus (but not required!)

• Must be 18+ and able to stand for long shifts

• Warmly greet and welcome clients to create a positive first impression

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client’s entire visit

• Promote and sell retail hair care products with confidence and product knowledge

• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
  , including the front desk and retail area

• Assist with restocking inventory and keeping supplies replenished and accessible

• Answer phone calls professionally and manage appointment scheduling efficiently

• Use strong time management skills to help ensure smooth, on-time salon operations

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage daily salon operations

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred

• Confident phone etiquette and clear communication for booking and client interactions

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting—experience in environments like grocery, hospitality, or wireless retail is a plus

• Comfortable recommending and selling products or services to enhance the client experience

• Bilingual abilities are a bonus, but not required

• Competitive pay – Earn $20+/hr with commissions and performance-based bonuses
