• Pick up and drop off automotive parts while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses in a timely, friendly and courteous manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness, correct charges, and customer satisfaction.
• Take and follow directions from dispatcher, adhere to routes, use navigation apps, and adjust routes when necessary.
• Assist with loading and unloading items to prevent operational interference at customers’ premises.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and professionally handle complaints and concerns.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Accept payments, prepare reports (invoices, return forms), reconcile credit and debt, and account for all moneys collected.
• When applicable, complete daily maintenance checks on company delivery vehicle and notify manager of any issues.
• Assist in other store/warehouse duties (stock, parts pulling, etc.) as assigned.
• Maintain and promote workplace safety.
• Secure and transfer cash or other assets as required.

• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years old or older to meet insurance requirements.
• Current valid automobile insurance with your name on the policy.
• Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds (75 pounds for collision drivers).

• Manage, track, and account for money transactions; reconcile customer credit and debt balances.
• Utilize a tablet/mobile device for navigation, route optimization, tracking, and customer interface/signature capture.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills; communicate effectively and professionally.
• Follow directions and work well with others as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule with willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Previous delivery driving experience is a plus.
• Must meet all the above minimum requirements and qualifications to be eligible.
