The Accounting Manager will be an integral part of Picarro's finance department. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, this role will be responsible for executing core accounting activities, including month-end closing and financial reporting. The Accounting Manager will also assist in maintaining internal controls and support efforts related to process improvements.

• Perform and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Set up, coordinate, and manage new and existing multi-currency subsidiaries. Supervise internal and external accounting teams responsible for those subsidiaries to improve and streamline those processes, including payroll and AP.
• Support the preparation of internal and external financial reports, including variance analyses and management reporting.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining effective internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Support audits by preparing schedules, responding to auditor inquiries, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
• Ensure accounting practices are aligned with U.S. GAAP and company policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.
• Other accounting and operational projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's or higher in accounting or related field
• A minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing companies
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• CPA and/or Big 4 public accounting experience, a plus
• Significant experience with international intercompany and pricing transfer agreements
• Experience with ERP systems;
  Net Suite a plus
• Direct experience with managing payroll and implementing payroll systems is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP
• Strong knowledge of operational and financial controls, including the ability to assess, develop and implement.

• Someone willing to roll up their sleeves to dive into the details.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

The base salary range for this full-time position is $110k-$140k. Your base salary range and title will be determined based on the location, experience, qualification, skills, knowledge, level, and pay of employees in similar positions.
