The Manager, Business Operations will be based in Hanoi, Vietnam and work closely with South‑East Asia business team on strategic planning and execution.

• Act as a strategic partner to SEA business teams, translating market dynamics into actionable insights that fuel commercial expansion.
• Support business leads to scope the market size and identify market opportunities, connecting market intelligence to decision‑making.
• Support business leads to monitor design win pipeline and revenue, and evaluate progress toward business targets.
• Translate company’s high‑level strategic vision into specific, measurable KPIs for tracking.
• Lead or assist with cross‑functional projects and initiatives that drive business growth or strategic change.
• Drive operational excellence by advancing AI adoption and automation and reducing unnecessary efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree and 5‑10 years of related work experience in the technology industry.
• Experience working in Vietnam with leading technology companies or global consulting firms is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent both in written and oral English.
• Can work independently and proactively with high learning motivation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 7+ years of business operations or related experience.
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 9+ years of business operations or related experience.
