• Review key sales metrics, including sales growth, category penetration & safety, and gross profit percentage goals. Identify areas for improvement and emerging projects.
• Train and таҳ coach sales associates and account managers on effective selling processes and techniques.
• Lead, engage, and inspire the team to focus on high‑potential opportunities. Provide regular feedback, ensure accountability, and drive profitable results.
• Seek customer feedback on overall company performance and develop improvement strategies; share insights with functional leadership to enhance customer experience.
• Conduct monthly one‑on‑one accountability sales‑team reviews with account managers and other staff.

• Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Operation of a company or personal vehicle required, with Nod use for more than 80% of the work week.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report required.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 10+ years of industry sales experience.
• 5+ years experience with an area customer base.
• Strong sales‑management background and recruiting experience.
• Product knowledge and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Leadership and coaching experience.

The range is based on market data and internal pay practices to establish a minimum and maximum value for a job.
