As Principal Pricing Strategy Manager, you will serve as the strategic architect of product pricing across Everpure’s portfolio, driving commercial growth, margin optimization, and market expansion. Operating with broad autonomy, you will integrate advanced financial modeling, competitive intelligence, and practical AI application to transform complex data into high-impact pricing frameworks. Collaborating closely with Product Management, Sales, Finance, Monetization, and Executive leadership, you will establish repeatable, data-backed monetization strategies that maximize enterprise revenue and scale pricing operations globally.

• Architect Strategic Pricing Frameworks:
  Lead portfolio-wide product pricing strategies, elasticity modeling, and SKU-level margin evaluations to optimize revenue growth and commercial competitiveness.
• Drive End-to-End Monetization Initiatives:
  Partner with Product Management, Finance, Operations, and Sales leadership to design, execute, and monitor market-aligned pricing structures and commercial policies.
• Pioneer AI-Enabled Pricing Operations:
  Integrate practical AI workflows and automated modeling techniques to accelerate scenario planning, elevate decision-making speed, and build scalable pricing processes.
• Lead Cross-Functional Governance & Alignment:
  Establish clear pricing methodology, decision frameworks, and executive materials to align senior stakeholders across diverse business priorities and trade-offs.
• Enable Field Adoption & Market Alignment:
  Analyze competitive dynamics and market trends to deliver strategic enablement frameworks that empower global field teams to articulate pricing value.

• Advanced Pricing & Financial Modeling Expertise:
  Deep mastery of commercial pricing strategy, revenue optimization, elasticity analysis, and financial modeling for complex product portfolios.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Strategic Influence:
  Proven ability to independently drive consensus, align executive stakeholders across diverse priorities, and turn strategic analysis into executable business operations.
• AI & Operational Innovation:
  Demonstrated capability leveraging AI tools and advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business problems, streamline operational workflows, and scale decision systems.
• Market Acumen & Commercial Execution:
  Strong judgment in evaluating competitive dynamics, unit economics, and customer value propositions to establish market-leading pricing structures.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
