- Manage diverse project types including HVAC retrofits, design-build work, tenant improvements, process piping, and system integration projects.
- Develop financial leadership skills through ownership of project budgets, forecasting, profitability, and change management.
- Mentor and support junior project professionals while strengthening your leadership capabilities.

- Manage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning, closeout, and warranty turnover.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, field teams, and project stakeholders.
- Own project budgeting, forecasting, cost control, billing, and change order management.
- Lead procurement, equipment planning, site logistics, and project scheduling activities.
- Coordinate field operations to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with scope.
- Build client relationships and identify future construction, service, and controls opportunities.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management, project engineering, estimating, field leadership, or a related technical role.
- Experience with commercial HVAC, mechanical piping, hydronic systems, retrofits, equipment replacements, or design-build projects.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, controls diagrams, and project contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
