Architect / Sr. Architect, Interior Design

We are currently seeking a Job Captain for our Silicon Valley studio. The Job Captain, working under the supervision of a Senior Job Captain, Architect, or Project Manager, provides design support primarily in project administration, design development, and contract documents.
Key responsibilities include:
Qualifications:
- Graduate of architecture or design school; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on corporate interior design projects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Extensive knowledge of design principles and standards.
- Intermediate skills in documentation and field observation.
- Advanced skills in interior architecture detailing.
- Proficiency with construction documents and procedures.
- Knowledge of building systems, codes, and ADA requirements.
- Understanding of space planning requirements.
- Familiarity with contract administration and documentation.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Advanced skills in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Enscape and Adobe Suite preferred.
- Strong presentation and graphic communication skills.
- Ability to lead and manage junior staff through authority and expertise.
