Full-time openings for Geriatric Medicine and Skilled Nursing Care Physicians. We are looking for physicians with a passion for improving the quality of life of our most vulnerable population and their families to work in the Post-Acute and Long-Term Care arena. We are seeking Geriatricians or IM/FM trained physicians to cover skilled patients and follow long-term care patients.

Full-time annual salary range is $310,020 to $320,040 plus additional potential incentives up to $47,230
. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
