We are looking for an orthopedic spine surgeon to provide services on site s is a 1099 independent contractor role that is intended to complement your current practice. A typical partnership involves treating patients on site for approximately a 4‑hour shift on a weekly or bi‑weekly basis.

Compensation for services is determined by a revenue‑share model. Salary rate/range set forth herein are provided by Indeed;
Concentra’s market‑specific rate/range will be provided during the interview process.

• Half a day per week or biweekly
• Flexible scheduling with consideration of your private practice
• Assist in the management of medically complex patients, expedite return to work, and promote functional restoration
• Provide specialist services, both non‑surgical and surgical, for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal work‑related injuries
• Communicate with employers and take an active role in case management

• Preferred experience in treating patients with work‑related injuries
• Licensure requirements of the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program of an accredited university
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Orthopedic Spine Surgery
• Must have Medical Malpractice Insurance covering you while on site
