We are looking for On‑Call Substitute Teachers to provide flexible classroom coverage at multiple infant and preschool sites. This role is ideal for early childhood education professionals who enjoy variety, adaptability, and working with children in diverse settings.

On‑call. Full‑day and part‑day shifts vary depending on coverage needs.

• Provide classroom coverage at multiple infant and preschool sites as needed.
• Adapt quickly to different classrooms, age groups, and teaching styles (infants through pre‑kindergarten).
• Support the implementation of lesson plans and activities that align with our educational philosophy.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
• Collaborate with teachers and site staff to maintain smooth operations and quality care.
• Communicate appropriately with staff and, when needed, with families regarding children’s progress and daily activities.
• Maintain accurate records related to attendance and child development.
• Be reliable, flexible, and available to accept both short‑term and, when possible, longer‑term substitute assignments.

$18‑$28/hr, depending on experience, education, and assignment requirements.

• Hands‑on training with a mentor teacher and 1:1 coaching sessions.
• Team check‑ins with the Leadership Team.

• CPR/First Aid certification course offerings.

• 12 ECE Units highly preferred.
• Professional experience with children required.
• A love and passion for working with young children.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable personal transportation and the ability to travel between schools when needed.
• A dedicated, can‑do attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow.
