Lunch and After School Teacher – Stratford School, part of Spring Education Group
Location:
890 Pomeroy Avenue, Santa Clara, CA, United States, 95051
Pay range: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour.
Shift hours:
Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM.

The Role
The Lunch and After School Team is a vital part of our school community, carrying out many of the duties necessary for the day-to-day operations of the campus. This position will supervise Kindergarten–4th grade students in indoor and outdoor play, crafts, and snacks and maintain a safe learning environment.
- Plan and organize after‑school arts and crafts, games, and outdoor activities
- Assist students with homework
- Collaborate with other faculty and staff members
- Be responsible for the safe supervision and care of students
- High school graduate or GED
- Prior experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to connect with a variety of colleagues and students
