We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Advanced Packaging Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) process team
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PVD product development
, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive data-driven design improvements in collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams. This role requires interfacing with key customers, presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, and managing a team of engineers to deliver innovative solutions in advanced packaging.

• Leadership & Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of process and development engineers in PVD technology for advanced packaging.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Technical Expertise & Development:
  • Drive PVD product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement data-driven design improvements for enhanced process performance and reliability.
• Customer Engagement:
  • Serve as a primary technical interface with key customers, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Build strong relationships to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Communication & Presentation:
  • Present technical data and complex concepts clearly and effectively to audiences ranging from working-level engineers to senior executives (VP level and above).
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Travel:
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for customer meetings, technical reviews, and global collaboration.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in PVD process development, with a strong focus on advanced packaging applications.
• Proven track record in product development and process optimization

• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
