Learn more about our benefits .As a Process Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor manufacturing technologies.

You will collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, and troubleshoot engineering issues. You'll also measure film properties, generate technical documentation, and engage with customers to resolve concerns. Process Engineers collaborate with vendors and suppliers, and become familiar with implementing new technologies and products. You will experiment, learn, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the semiconductor and display industries, partnering with our globally recognized R&D teams on state-of-the-art research and development projects.

Key Responsibilities Leads practical applications of scientific theory and unusually complex processes in the development and ongoing technical management of the unit's product line Leads research, development and implementation in new products and extensions or enhancements to existing product line Interact with key customers to resolve unusually complex process engineering issues for the unit's product line to address our customers High Value Problems (HVP)
Leads alpha engineering program regarding all process technology related issues for the units product line Responsible for alpha and beta product release for business unit's product line Participates in strategic planning to integrate research and development processes with both the unit and the Product Business Group's overall business plan Identify, select and work with vendors and suppliers
