Senior CPU DFT Engineer — Low-Power Focus

Nuvacore is building a high-performance, low-power CPU for next-generation compute workloads. As a CPU DFT Engineer you will drive test related pre-silicon and post-silicon activities, from DFT architecture to silicon bring-up support.

You will define efficient scan/MBIST flows, verify DFT features in RTL and gates, and collaborate with design, STA and PD teams to deliver robust, power-aware DFT solutions across blocks and subsystems.
