As a Process Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor manufacturing technologies. You will collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, and troubleshoot engineering issues. You'll also measure film properties, generate technical documentation, and engage with customers to resolve concerns. Process Engineers collaborate with vendors and suppliers, and become familiar with implementing new technologies and products.
You will experiment, learn, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the semiconductor and display industries, partnering with our globally recognized R&D teams on state-of-the‑art research and development projects. We’re looking for a Senior Engineer with deep expertise in thin film processing to develop atomic layer deposition (ALD) processes for next‑generation semiconductor nodes. You’ll own ALD process development through process optimization and integration, turning device requirements into robust, manufacturable processes.
The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with thermal and/or plasma‑enhanced ALD and strong systems engineering skills. You’ll need a solid technical foundation across materials science, physics, and chemistry to understand precursor behavior, nucleation and growth mechanisms, and growth in complex 3D structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of ALD hardware, such as vacuum systems, plasma sources, and precursor delivery that will allow them to collaborate with cross functional teams continuously improve tool design and performance.
