We are looking for someone with strong expertise in electrical validation, signal integrity, and high-speed interface analysis for complex PCBAs. This role involves working with advanced technologies such as PCIe, DDR, and other high-speed interfaces
, ensuring robust and high-performance hardware designs.
- Lead PCBA electrical characterization and validation
- Perform signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis
- Debug complex issues using advanced lab equipment
- Drive root cause analysis and design improvements
- Support board bring-up and prototype validation
- Ensure EMI/EMC compliance and electrical readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
- 8–12+ years in PCBA validation / hardware engineering
- Strong expertise in PCIe, DDR, high-speed interfaces
- Deep understanding of signal integrity & power integrity
- Hands-on experience with lab instrumentation and debugging
- Experience with OrCAD, Allegro, Altium, Valor tools
