About the Role

Auditoria is seeking a UI/UX Designer to shape the next generation of AI Agents that autonomously execute financial workflows for the Office of the CFO. In this role, you’ll design intuitive, intelligent interfaces that define how AI Agents operate, collaborate, and interact with finance professionals.

You’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering to create user experiences that make complex agent orchestration simple, transparent, and accessible—from CFO dashboards to accounting team workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of Auditoria’s AI Agent platform, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for agent management, configuration, and collaboration.
  • Design interfaces that enable finance teams to set up, monitor, and optimize AI Agents without technical expertise.
  • Define and iterate on interaction models for how agents communicate actions, decisions, and requests for human input.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and finance users to understand workflows and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Conduct user research and usability studies with finance professionals to validate design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures visual consistency and high-quality user experiences.
  • Translate complex AI behaviors into clear, user-friendly visuals tailored to different personas (CFOs, accountants, IT admins).
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, and prototyping.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience building interfaces with complex workflows and data-intensive visualizations for B2B fintech and/or enterprise finance applications.
  • Exceptional visual and interaction design craft.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your passion and high design craft for clear, intuitive, and user-centered designs. Work examples should demonstrate:
    • Product design skills (visual and interaction)
    • Design thinking from problem to ideation to solution
    • Breadth and range of work (solutions, concepts, styles)
    • Ability to work in a cross-functional team
  • Conducting user research utilizing various methods, including but not limited to usability studies, contextual inquiry, and surveys with finance professionals.
