FP&A Manager - GTM
Overview:
Join a dynamic organization as an FP&A Manager specializing in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. This high-impact role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HR to drive strategic financial planning, analysis, and business partnership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance/FP&A, with a strong focus supporting GTM organizations such as Sales and Marketing
- Expertise in SaaS, high-growth technology, or related sectors
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights
- Proficiency with FP&A and planning systems, CRM platforms, and business intelligence tools; advanced Excel knowledge
- Experience working with sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, capacity planning, headcount, and commissions
- Strong executive presence and communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and operate with a high degree of autonomy
- Knowledge of AI and automation tools for financial analysis is a plus
Nice to Have
Skills:
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, and new technologies to enhance financial processes
- Prior exposure to process improvement and automation initiatives within finance functions
Preferred
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in FP&A, particularly supporting SaaS or tech companies
- Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic insights and build strong cross-functional relationships
Other Requirements:
- Fully remote or onsite flexibility, with hybrid onsite presence required T-TH in Santa Clara
- Willingness to adapt quickly and take ownership of strategic projects
- No specific travel or certification requirements noted for this role
