LOCATION:

Santa Clara, CA
DURATION: 6 months
PAY RANGE: $65-$70/hr

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented HCM System Analyst to help develop scalable solutions on Workday to support and optimize our HR processes.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to Plan, Design, Configure and Test Workday HCM business process including Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, Termination, Change Job and more.
  • Maintaining the HCM core data model, including supervisory organizations, job profiles, locations, cost centers, etc.
  • Ensure accurate capture and governance of personal data (including dependents) to support payroll, benefits, and other downstream workflows ensuring enforcement of data privacy policies.
  • Developing and upkeeping calculated fields, condition rules, notifications and connected objects to support data quality and automation.
  • Utilize EIBs to process mass actions for business process and data changes.
What we need to see
  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience in production environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in fundamental HCM business processes including Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination
  • Proficient in calculated fields, condition/validation rules, and security framework, such as domain/BP policies and role-based access.
  • Experience with data loading and transformation via EIBs, and familiarity with data audits and reconciliation.
  • Understanding of downstream data needs and how information is shared with partners such as payroll, benefits, finance and others.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and legal guidelines (e.g., GDPR/CCPA, SOX controls) along with a track record of securely processing PII.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and collaborator communication skills.
Ways to stand out
  • Workday HCM certification(s) and experience third-party global payroll requirements.
  • Exposure to cross-functional modules like Benefits and Payroll is helpful.
  • Prior work in large, global environments is a plus.
