THE ROLE

Join the Monetization Strategy and Operations team as the central Senior Analyst responsible for end-to-end optimization of our foundational subscription offerings (Foundation and Forever). You will independently drive operational excellence
, translating complex business strategy into streamlined Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes and configurations that are critical for maximizing customer lifetime value. This is a high-impact position within the CFO organization where you will act as the operational lead, collaborating deeply with Product Business Units, IT, and Finance to accelerate scalable subscription growth and adoption
.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead Product Operational Lifecycle Optimization: Proactively own and optimize the entire Foundation and Forever operational lifecycle, conducting deep analysis on renewal and feature release processes to design, implement, and govern data-driven strategies for maximum efficiency and speed.
  • Drive Advanced System Configuration and Integration: Independently design, configure, and execute new subscription renewal products and operational features within the tech stack, serving as the functional expert for (SFDC) CPQ and relevant billing systems (e.g., Zuora) to ensure seamless, scalable integration.
  • Translate Data into Strategic Influence: Drive measurable business outcomes by designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated operational dashboards and KPIs, providing actionable, high-level insights to leadership and cross-functional teams to directly influence continuous process improvement and automation roadmaps.
  • Act as Cross-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as the definitive operational SME for the Foundation and Forever renewal process and product catalog, proactively collaborating with product, sales, and finance teams to ensure organizational alignment, resolve critical configuration issues
    , and successfully drive adoption of new procedures.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Deep Functional Expertise in Subscription Operations: Proven, hands-on expertise in product operations and process management within an enterprise subscription, SaaS, or Cloud business model, with a practical understanding of hardware product configuration complexity.
  • Functional Mastery of QTC Systems: Demonstrated functional mastery of CRM, CPQ, and Order-to-Cash systems, with a strong emphasis on leading configuration efforts in Salesforce CPQ and the ability to independently define, document, and validate complex business requirements for system enhancements.
  • Strategic Analytical Acumen: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven ability to independently navigate high levels of ambiguity, manage multiple complex, parallel initiatives, and translate sophisticated operational data and KPIs into clear, strategic business decisions.
  • Influence and Cross-Organizational

    Collaboration:

    Highly effective collaboration and communication skills necessary to influence and drive consensus across multiple senior stakeholders, business units (Product, Finance, IT), and convey complex process changes clearly and persuasively.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is: $134,000 — $202,000 USD
