Product Designer, Intelligent Enterprise Platforms

This role is part of a team building advanced artificial intelligence products that help organizations preserve knowledge, connect systems, and operate with greater clarity as they grow and change. As a Product Designer, you will take ownership of the complete design lifecycle across core platform experiences and applications. You will work in close partnership with product management, engineering, and research to turn sophisticated technical capabilities into clear, elegant, and usable interfaces.

This role has significant influence on how customers experience AI‑driven systems. You will help define interaction patterns, visual language, and overall experience quality, playing a central role in shaping how intelligent software feels in everyday use.

• Leading product design from early concept exploration and wireframes through high fidelity interfaces and production ready assets.
• Working closely with product and engineering partners to make complex AI and machine learning functionality approachable and intuitive.
• Planning and conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to guide design decisions.
• Building and maintaining a scalable design system that supports consistency and speed across products.
• Rapidly prototyping and iterating on ideas, balancing velocity with craft and intentionality.
• Collaborating across disciplines to ensure designs are technically feasible, aligned with product goals, and centered on user needs.
• Advocating for high quality user experience in roadmap planning and product strategy discussions.

• Six or more years of experience in product design, UX, UI, or closely related roles.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end to end design ownership, from flows and concepts to refined visual execution.
• High proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or comparable platforms.
• Experience designing thoughtful interfaces for complex systems, technical products, or data‑rich applications.
• Hands‑on experience conducting user research and translating insights into design improvements.
• Comfort working in early stage or zero to one product environments.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style.
