Job Description: This role will provide direct support to HR Learning Partners (LPs) through project and program management activities, smooth execution of learning initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and light learning design and development. This role will operate as the connective tissue between the HRLPs, the learning management system team (NVLearn), and various internal stakeholders. You will help streamline processes, track progress, ensure that learning solutions are delivered effectively and on time, and may assist with creation of learning content.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment, and who can independently manage multiple projects while supporting the broader team’s goals.
- Project & Program Coordination
- Support HRLPs in planning, documenting, and tracking learning initiatives from intake through execution.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure clarity and accountability.
- Maintain intake forms, project trackers, and dashboards to centralize information and keep work visible.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate alignment meetings with business stakeholder, HRLPs, & NVLearn to clarify expectations and roles.
- Document key decisions and share consistent updates to avoid confusion.
- Operational Support
- Prepare learning materials, both written and video based.
- Manage logistics and communications for internal workshops.
- Ensure intake form responses are translated into actionable project plans.
- Track program participation, engagement metrics, and feedback for reporting.
- Assist with vendor contracting and finance processes (e.g., SOWs, contracts/Docu Sign, PRs, vendor setup)
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify process gaps between HRLPs, NVLearn, Learning, Development & Inclusion (LD&I), and business stakeholders and recommend improvements.
- Standardize templates, intake questions, and communication cadences to drive efficiency.
- Support measurement strategies by gathering, organizing, and reporting on success indicators.
- Experience:
5+ years in project and program management, L&D support role preferred. - Organization & Execution:
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, track details, and keep teams aligned. - Collaboration
Skills:
Strong relationship-builder who can work across HR, L&D, and business functions. - Communication:
Clear, concise communicator (written and verbal) who can simplify complexity and ensure alignment. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency with MS Office. Familiarity with light video editing a plus. - Mindset:
Self-starter with curiosity, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented approach.

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated.
