Founding Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process for Viven’s platform and applications. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate technical capabilities into intuitive, elegant user experiences.

• Lead end-to-end product design, from concept exploration and wire framing to high-fidelity UI and production-ready assets.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate complex AI/ML features into clear, usable interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Establish and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across products.
• Prototype and iterate quickly, balancing speed with thoughtful design.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible, aligned, and user-centered.
• Advocate for the user experience in product strategy discussions.

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, from user flows to polished UI.
• Strong skills in design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar).
• Proven ability to design intuitive interfaces for complex systems or data-heavy applications.
• Experience conducting user research and incorporating findings into design.
• Ability to thrive in an early‑stage startup or 0→1 product environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
