Title:

Sr Network Engineer (minimum 3 days onsite weekly)

Location:

Santa Clara, CA

Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Hours:

9am-5pm

• HM portfolio deals with NGFW Customer Success Engineers
• Expected to be product SMEs – driving adoption of the firewall product
• Main job: drive adoption from deployment to usage of security features. Optimizing customer ROI
• Seeking prior customer-facing experience
• Network admin with hands‑on experience on firewalls – any firewall experience can work here
• Technical role; ability to do presentations on features (soft skills) vital

• Firewalls – Zscaler, Cisco ASA, or PAN (PAN preferred)
• Customer‑facing experience
• Operating systems:
  Windows, Mac, Linux
• Exposure to PAN products in particular

Network Security certification: PCNSA, PCNSE, Network Security Analyst, Next‑Gen FW Engineer or CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or similar. Certification is required.

• 5+ years of experience in network security engineering, operations, support, or professional service.
• Firewall experience is required.
• Knowledge/experience with networks NGFW security platforms is highly preferred.
• Experience with enterprise network products (router, switch, servers, wireless, monitoring, management).
• Working knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.

Customer/client‑facing experience that ideally includes experience in customer escalations and account management.
