- 5-10years of experience working with the Service Now platform, including hands-on development and architecture.
- At least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role, managing teams and projects.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale Service Now implementations and upgrades.
- Experience with integrating Service Now with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Proficiency in Service Now modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD,CMDB.
- Strong knowledge of Service Now scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
- Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.
- Familiarity with IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other Service Now modules.
- Deep understanding of Service Now architecture, including scripting, workflows, and customizations.
- Experience in Collaboration Support processes / SNOW Integrations
- Service Now certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are highly desirable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional and global teams.
