The Role

Join the Digital Transformation Group (DTG) as a Service Now Solutions Architect to drive the enterprise-wide design and delivery of our Service Now platform. You will provide strategic technical leadership, ensuring all solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and other key modules are scalable, integrated, and aligned with core business objectives. This is an opportunity to act as the chief technical advisor, partnering with Product Owners and Enterprise Architects to maximize platform performance and business value.

What Youll Do

• Architect enterprise-grade platform solutions by translating complex business requirements from Product Owners into sustainable, scalable, and high-performing technical designs across our core Service Now modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, FSM).

• Establish and govern architectural standards and best practices for the Service Now platform, partnering with other DTG Architects to ensure security, future-proofing, and alignment with the overall enterprise roadmap.

• Drive platform value realization by continuously evaluating new Service Now features, integrations, and process improvements, presenting clear recommendations to senior stakeholders and implementing them with delivery teams.

• Lead technical quality and integrity by conducting comprehensive design reviews, guiding delivery teams on complex integration patterns and data models, and championing technical debt reduction efforts in partnership with the Platform Architect.

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor and mentor to solution delivery teams, fostering technical excellence and ensuring that design decisions effectively balance speed of delivery with long-term platform health and maintainability.

• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

What You Bring

• Expert-level architecture and design skills on the Service Now platform, capable of defining end-to-end solutions for key business areas like IT, HR, or Customer Experience (CX).

• Deep technical proficiency in Service Now capabilities, including advanced workflow automation, complex third-party integrations (REST/SOAP/APIs), and platform data model design.

• Consulting and influence skills necessary to articulate and present complex technical designs to both highly technical and non-technical business leaders and stakeholders.

• Strategic leadership and mentorship abilities to guide and coach solution delivery teams, ensuring technical standards are met and fostering a culture of platform excellence.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

There is no Final date to receive applications and we accept applications on an ongoing basis until the job is filled. The annual base salary range is: $165,000 — $248,000 USD
