This role is a contract assignment at Palo Alto Networks. Contractors will not be employed by Palo Alto Networks but through our trusted staffing partners.
Base pay range$100.00/hr - $100.00/hr
Location and duration- Location - Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid - 3X a week to office)
- Duration - 6 months
- Lead IT program execution for M&A integrations across assigned business domains, which may include Go-To-Market, Customer Support/Success, Infrastructure, Data, AI, Finance, HR, or Legal.
- Own integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks for assigned M&A work streams, spanning pre-close readiness, execution, and post-close integration.
- Drive integration readiness within assigned domains, ensuring system access, data availability, reporting continuity, and business-critical workflows are operational.
- Translate integration strategy and business requirements into executable IT scope, sequencing, and delivery plans for assigned domains.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across IT, business teams, and vendors to ensure smooth execution on aggressive timelines.
- Ensure business continuity while supporting system migrations, data integrations, platform consolidation, and target-state transitions.
- Provide clear, execution-focused status reporting, risk visibility, and escalation for assigned work streams.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for issue resolution and delivery outcomes within assigned domains.
- M&A Integration Program Delivery:
Proven experience leading IT work streams for acquisitions, including pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, and post-close integration within one or more enterprise domains. - Cross-Domain Execution & Dependency Management:
Strong ability to manage complex interdependencies across GTM, CX/Support, Infrastructure, Data, AI, and G&A functions in fast-paced integration environments. - Enterprise Platforms & Technology Acumen:
Experience coordinating integrations across CRM, customer support platforms, data and analytics stacks, infrastructure, and core enterprise systems. - Governance & Stakeholder Management:
Ability to drive execution through structured governance, provide executive-ready updates, and facilitate timely decisions across IT and business stakeholders. - Hands-On, Independent Execution:
Comfortable operating as a contractor in ambiguous environments, proactively identifying risks, driving resolution, and maintaining momentum under tight timelines.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required. The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer, this is the pay range that Magnit (the staffing agency) reasonably expects to pay for this position: $95/hour to $100/hour. The compensation information in this posting reflects the hourly wage only and does not include benefits.
