- Very proficient on CRM Business Processes in Sales Force Automation , Marketing automation and Service management functionality
- Extremely good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011/2013 product ( entities , workflows and configuration )
- Excellent in communication, documentation and articulation skills
- Experience of functional analysis, gap-fit analysis and functional support
- Analyse client’s business requirements for CRM, perform Fit-Gap analysis and present functional solutions
- Prepare and maintain Functional Requirements document and Functional design document
- Coaching and guiding the development team on requirements and functional aspects
- Functional testing of the implemented CRM system
- Provide end user training
- Ensuring excellent Customer Satisfaction from Requirements and CRM Functional perspective
